Ginger Ale

Ginger ale is a carbonated soft drink flavored with ginger. It is consumed on its own or used as a mixer. There are two main types of ginger ale. The golden style is credited to Irish doctor Thomas Joseph Cantrell. The dry, or pale, style with a much milder ginger flavor was created by Canadian John McLaughlin. Rather than ferment their product, most commercial ginger ale bottlers will carbonate their soda
