One hundred years ago, bottlers measured their worth by their ginger ale. Q Ginger Ale is our manifesto. With agave, ginger and a delicate blend of spices, Q Ginger Ale is crisp and clean with a gingery bite. Truly spectacular. Rose oil is extracted from the petals of the Damask rose. The thorny process begins with petals harvested by hand. Bushel loads are required to distill just one ounce. Petals and water are placed in a copper still. The still is fired, and fired again, yielding a delicate oil valued at more than $1,000 an ounce. We select ingredients on taste alone, regardless of cost or complexity. To make the very best ginger ale, we use a touch of rose oil, along with a bit of coriander, cardamom, chili pepper, and orange peel. This costs more. But if adds depth and complexity, making Q Ginger Ale truly spectacular.

Ginger - During the Middle Ages, ginger was a hot commodity. It was also expensive: one pound of ginger would get you a live sheep. Q Ginger Ale has lots of real ginger. Good thing times have changed – sheep wouldn’t fit so well in our Brooklyn office.

Rose Oil - We select ingredients on taste alone, so to make the very best ginger ale, we add a touch of rose oil. This costs more. But it adds depth and complexity, making Q Ginger Ale truly spectacular.

Organic Agave - Agave nectar is prized by chefs worldwide for its gently rounded sweetness. So we use organic agave nectar – not high fructose corn syrup or bleached sugar. This allows the subtleties in your spirit to shine through and makes a much more refreshing drink.

Coriander & Cardamom - Two seeds make Q Ginger Ale even more special. The coriander adds warm, nutty, and spicy notes while the cardamom delivers an aromatic, resinous fragrance.

Orange Peel - Orange peels give Q Ginger Ale a subtle and elegant top note.
