Waterloo Watermelon Sparkling Water is familiar and fantastic. With juicy notes and a just-right playful watermelon twist for the perfectly balanced flavor of summer all year long.


Imagining all the ways Watermelon is enjoyed at weekend grill-outs at the park and backyard BBQs, we focused our inspiration on perfectly ripe, fresh and juicy center-cut Watermelon chunks. But our early recipes were a bit too hard-candy forward. By removing the rind notes and adding a hint of citrus to re-balance the sweetness, we found perfection.


Try mixing up a "Catch Me by the Pool" drink from the Waterloo recipes pages:

  • Waterloo Watermelon Sparkling Water
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice.
  • 3 Fresh Strawberries.
  • 5 Mint Leaves.
  • Watermelon Slice (small - on your glass - garnish size).
  • Fresh Mint Sprig.

In a shaker, muddle strawberries, mint and with lemon juice and then add ice. Shake well and strain over crushed ice. Top with Waterloo Watermelon and garnish with fresh watermelon slice and a mint sprig. Add 2 oz gin to make it a perfect poolside cocktail. Yes, we (Bev Rank) would call this mixed drink a Poolside.
