Taika is a manufacturer of adaptogenic beverages whose calibrated coffee is meant to bring the benefits of stealth health to the public. Taika means "magic" in Finnish 🇫🇮. It’s not just coffee. What are adaptogens?

Adaptogens are plant-based ingredients (often mushrooms or fungi derived) that help the body adapt to stress. They're particularly well known in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and Ayurvedic traditions, both of which have used adaptogens for centuries to fight all types of ailments.

Our adaptogen blend includes:

• L-theanine: FOCUS - An amino acid found in tea leaves that counteracts some of the negative side effects of caffeine (jitters, crashes) and helps improve focus.
• Ashwagandha: CALM - A plant extract or adaptogen that improves your mood, helps reduce anxiety and helps the body cope with stress.
• Lion's Mane: CLARITY - A mushroom that helps support memory, concentration, and cognitive function. Great for neurogenesis and neuroplasticity - helping you regrow nerves in the brain.
• Reishi: IMMUNITY - A mushroom that supports the immune system and aids the body in coping with daily stress.
• Cordyceps miltaris: ENERGY - A mushroom that supports better energy levels, stamina, and physical performance. (this is not Cordyceps sinensis which is a weird half caterpillar half mushroom hybrid - look it up)
