We dream in coffee. And then wake up in Colorado. STōK is both our passion project and day job — because we know better is always out there. We’re on it.

Coffee is complex — but shouldn’t be complicated. We love cold brew coffee and take it seriously, but we won’t be weighed down by convention. It’s amazing what you can do with the right beans, method, craft and a head full of ideas. To make our coffee dreams come true, we start with the beans. We go where the best beans are, primarily to countries in Central and South America, like Colombia, Nicaragua and Brazil.

We believe in coffee beans grown and harvested in a more responsible way. That means working with farmers and partners who do right by people and the planet. We pay a premium for our coffee to support initiatives for healthy soil, saving water and lifting communities up.

Our coffee is Rainforest Alliance Certified - and our beans are traceable from coffee region, to roaster, to you.
