We have 9,000 acres of pomegranate trees in California’s sunny Central Valley. Wonderful variety pomegranates are the perfect balance of sweet and tart. Our name and our 9,000 acres can both be traced back 100 years to a Porterville farmer named Mr. Bearss. He brought pomegranate cuttings to California from Florida. His variety was sweeter and juicier than others already growing in the region, so he aptly named it the Wonderful variety.
