Kimino Yuzu Sparkling Juice

Our sparkling yuzu juice is made with hand-picked Yuzu from Shikoku Island in the Hyogo region of Japan, water, and organic sugar cane.

Yuzu juice comes from the deciduous eastern Asian tree that bears the Yuzu fruit, a round yellowish citrus fruit with fragrant acidic juice used in cooking and libations; widely cultivated in Japan. Yuzu is described as having complex, tart, and fragrant flavor profile that's a cross between a lemon, mandarin orange, and grapefruit. It also has floral and herbal notes, and a light, floral sweetness. When ripe, yuzu has a powerful aroma that's zesty and similar to honeysuckle.
