Cherry Limeade Ghost tastes great at first sip. But seems to leave a progressively saltier aftertaste. It's not quite to ZOA levels of thinking you're drinking ocean water, but it's salty. Sucralose sweetening means your body is releasing insulin immediately on taste, called cephalic phase insulin release, and causes insulin resistance. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30005329/ And then there's a long list of proprietary blends of chemicals like AstraGin to keep you from getting indigestion from this energy drink. So when their written marketing says "Zero proprietary blends," "No Sugar," "No BS,"... I'm calling BS on all of these supposedly better for you "no bs" energy drinks. But good job on the initial taste.
